ICE Plots

This configuration of the ICE cases shows alignments based on ordinal dimensions that can be numerically scored.  Using this scoring basis, the plots show how the cases cluster around nodes of qualitative behavior.  All of the scoring is on a 5-point scale ranging from high to low and only for a limited number of variables: temperature, water content, conflict level, environmental security score, and scope of geographic distribution.
